Can I use my own report templates?
Six are built in — RICS Home Survey Levels 1–3, Damp & Timber, Schedule of Condition and Party Wall Award — so you can work from day one. Beyond those, build the structure your practice uses and reuse it on every job, with your branding applied automatically.
Does the AI write my report for me?
No, and deliberately so. It only rewords notes you captured and picks from phrases you approved — it never adds a finding of its own. Every suggestion waits for you to accept it, your original wording is always kept so you can check what you actually said, and an AI-assisted report can’t be issued until a named surveyor signs off on its reliability. That follows the RICS position on responsible use of AI. Prefer it off? It’s off by default.
Does it work without signal?

Who owns the client data?
